12 YEAR OLD ARMAAN SINGH SARAI DISAPPEARS INTO JUVY JAIL OVER ANOTHER FAKE BOMB ACCUSATION IN TEXAS

ARMAAN SINGH SARAI AND GINEE HAER

GINEE HAER'S STORY

"This goofball on the left in this picture is my 12 year old cousin, Armaan Singh Sarai. He was born and raised in Texas by a loving #Sikh family. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family, watching tv, and playing video games. In his family, are his mom, dad, two sisters and a brother who love him more than life, after all he's the baby in the family. His family moved to Dallas, Texas about three to four months ago, and being the new kid wasn't that easy for him. It made it especially hard since he isn't able to get out much, due to a heart condition he was born with....

On Friday, December 11th, 2015, my cousin attended school, like any other normal 12 year old child. A bully in class thought it would be funny to accuse him of having a bomb, and so the principal, without any questioning, interrogation, or notification to his parents, called the police...They kept him held behind bars for three consecutive days, before finally releasing him on Monday, December 15th.

The Other Side Of the Story

"Armaan says he thought the classmate was kidding Friday when he said at the start of their pre-AP history class that he would tell the teacher Armaan had a bomb. A day earlier, the classmate had joked that Armaan’s backpack, which had a battery charger in it, looked like a bomb.

“I thought it was a joke, so I started laughing and he started laughing,” Armaan recalled. “The next thing you know, I’m reading with my friend and police come in, grab me and take me outside.”

Police realized the bomb threat was a hoax, but they took him into custody because he confessed to making up the threat, they say..."

The school district has released little information, citing privacy concerns, and a Tarrant County Juvenile Services spokeswoman declined to provide details about Armaan’s detention.

OKAY
Did you read anything in the Dallas News article that justifies putting a 12 year old in jail for 3 days over a conversation between two children that nobody heard?

Who told the teacher or school official that there was a bomb? This defines the moment that there was a threat. Two kids can talk about bombs between themselves all day long. Who lied to the school about there being a bomb.

If Armaan had been THE ONE, it would be in the article.

Also please note that this article is very carefully worded. It says Armaan "confessed to making up the threat"

Is that supposed to mean he talked about a bomb but didn't actually make a threat to someone? Is that supposed to mean the word "bomb" came out of his mouth first?  This article specifically avoids saying Armaan was the one that actually gave the teacher or school official the false report of a bomb.

And if both kids were saying the word "bomb" in conversation, as if that's against the law, then why weren't both arrested for 3 days? That's a conspiracy isn't it?

I hate it when people lie to me. But I especially hate it when people tell me stupid lies. Stupid likes always leave me wondering -

1) if the Dallas News and/or the police idiots or

2) if the Dallas News and/or police think we're idiots

OR

3) do stupid lies mean, "Screw you. I don't care what you think and I don't have to care what you think."

We don't have enough information yet. But if I had to guess, I would guess that somebody needs to be fired at the police department and the juvenile detention center too.

There's no way all these people in law enforcement and at the detention center should have thought this was a reasonable response to something they knew was a hoax from the start -- especially since the school won't say exactly how this "hoax" moved from two kids talking trash between themselves to one of the kids making a threat against the school -- a kid they have very carefully avoided identifying as Armaan
