The 10-episode limited series by Gina Prince Bythewood (Love and Basketball, Beyond The Lights) centers on the story of two racially charged murders.
The series is first introduced with the slaying of a white college student, killed at the hands of an African-American police officer.
As the investigation of the case unfolds, a second murder case is introduced — that of a black teenage boy at the hands of a white police officer. It's a case that was never investigated.
